I think basically, this statement implies that enemies are much more useful than friends in terms of accomplishing a goal. Logical reason is, frankly, the enemies that became a part of your group will be more loyal than friends because your enemies are, of course, not yet trusted by the group, ergo, they will try their best to win your trust. Therefore, they will do their best to help you accomplish that certain goal. Unlike your friends, whom you already trust, have a greater tendency of betraying you or the group, because of your trust level regarding them. This pertains to loyalty and its strengths and weaknesses.

-Yan ata yung sense sa statement na yan hehehe. Ganyan ata yung pag-explain sa kin dati eh pero ako na yung naglagay ng words kasi nakalimutan ko exact words ng prof ko dati.
